Today i have received my order but i am sorry to say All Items quality are very very poor, defective also.Roller crack from both side, small roller also defective. Please check photos.NOT Recommended.

Very useful for muscle pain
The product has many benefits:I bought this product for my parents who both have Diabetes and B.p. They mostly have body ache problem.1)This set has different items, like mat, roller, ball, which can be used on legs, hands and back2) It can be carried anytime, anywhere and use it without much preparation. They totally love it.
