Toy is ok,not made to last forever,but my granddaughter wanted one.

Box was torn up
The box it shipped in was fine and looked like a new box, but when I took the package out of the shipping box, the green package was ripped and torn up and it looked like someone griped to tape it back together. It was falling apart.

a rip off
one balloon has a small tear immediately evident upon beginning to inflate. Another balloon could not "hold air". Never got to decorate either of these two. Hope no-one else buys these and has to hear from their children about how disappointed they are.
