Q: I've had this keyboard for 3 months and now the spacebar is acting as a random key. Did anyone else have this issue?

My spacebar did the same thing and then it broke in two. My E key is double typing. I have contacted the company and they refuse to respond. I'd suggest that people stop buying this junk because they don't care about their customers. These keyboards are junk.

Q: can I set the colors without using my computer?

Confused by your question, but it does NOT require an application or a setting on the computer screen. The colors are controlled by buttons on the keyboard. So, yes. I think. :)

Q: Can you make the backlight static blue?

Sure. Follow these four steps: FN+PRTSC to reset FN+ up arrow to maximize brightness FN+ right arrow to toggle to blue FN+INS to toggle to always on Glad you asked. My key backlighting was set for the default, shining different colors alternately like a Christmas tree. About time I had something more dignified.

I am having the same issue and I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one. Surprisingly little information about the issue out there. I got a replacement keyboard today and it is still doing the same thing. To elaborate on the issue a bit: If the keyboard is plugged in when the computer is off, then when the computer is turned on, the keyboard does the expected light-up sequence, but right around the windows splash screen, the keyboard lights go out and it becomes completely non-responsive. Unplugging the keyboard and plugging it back in seems to solve the problem, but it has to be done after windows boots, every time. So far I've tried this on 6 windows 10 computers and only one of them does not exhibit this issue. The one computer that worked was an older version of windows 10. I suspect this is related to the keyboard and mouse driver issue that Microsoft had back in Feb 2018, but it was supposedly fixed in March. I have a number of other keyboards that are all working fine on these machines. I'm honestly surprised so few other people are having this issue. Perhaps there was a recent hardware revision.
