This has been great for supporting my new tea habit. The insert has a little lip that leaves sometimes get caught in, but it is still pretty easy to clean. Very beautiful, not too hot to hold with boiling water in it, and the perfect size for a good cuppa.

This doesn't keep my tea warm for any amount of time. Also, the tea infuser is really difficult to clean unless you're washing it in a load of dishes. I was excited to use this at my office, but that isn't going to work since I don't want to use gallons of water trying to get the tea out of it every day.

The mug was very sturdy with a nice look to it. I gave it 3 stars because the lid has to serve as a saucer also, which makes your hot beverage cool off faster. Bottom line I would recommend and purchase this mug again.

This mug doesn't burn your hands when you first pick it up, and it's a little bigger than most.
