The coaching helps employees feel like we're hands on in improving their performance, and it also allows us to correct issues as they arise immediately instead of after the fact. Since it functions with the quick disconnect it allows quick and easy set up.Overall, the quality of the product is decent. Likely a 3.5 - 4 star quality, but the pricing on the product dictated a higher scoring since it's very affordableJust remember, short side to rep, long side to QA or whoever else is monitoring.
