So I practice a cross-over between Paleo and Keto, and I love this product. It's really expensive, but I still give it 5 stars because it is THAT good. I know some reviewers are saying that all it takes is 1-2 teaspoons? They have some serious self control and I congratulate them. I probably eat 2-4 tablespoons at a time, shamelessly. Anyway, I'm not sure how to describe the taste, it doesn't taste artificial at all and the butter is really smooth. My favorite is to keep it in the freezer and when I take it out let it thaw for ~5 min and have a few bites. You can eat it with stuff, but why mess with perfection? Also locking it away in the freezer keeps me from eating the entire jar within 2 days (which may or may not have happened once or twice before...).I have had other Legendary Foods butters, but this is by far the best. I have tried the Apple Pie and Pecan Pie - they are good. The apple pie (IMO) is better than the pecan pie and is similar to this flavor, but just doesn't taste as good for the price. The pecan pie is way too sweet and tastes somewhat artificial, however it's my husband's favorite. I don't recommend the Reeses one - tastes like burnt peanut butter.

Protein content:20 grams Value for money:Good value when on saleLook, it tastes like a protein snack … lol But it’s a solid taste that isn’t off-putting and for the calories / protein it’s a very solid product. Also Legendary items are gluten free so if you have an allergy like I do - it’s a great option!

As a lover of their poptarts, these were just so disappointing.1. The bait and switch on the size is insane and honestly should be criminalized2. The flavor even after nuking them is bogusssss so dry, no filling, the icing is wack just dry and flavorless3. I was so disappointed i didn’t even finish one of them and i love a sweet treat with insane macros.. not even worth the macros so dissapointing. Can’t believe i wasted money on a case of them.

I have mixed reviews of this product. For a protein snack - it's got a lot of protein & is pretty filling. BUT - for the price, it's a lot to not taste good. It's dense. It's in the shape of a donut, but was too good to be true to actually taste like a donut. The poptarts are a better option (in my opinion). I have Legendary chips coming later today and look forward to seeing if the savory snacks are a better fit.

I love legendary pastry pop tarts. These were great but my favorite are the double chocolate, cinnamon, and s’mores. They are the best part of my day. I have purchased multiple times. They are filling so I only need to at about 1/2 at a time

These are pretty terrible tasting. Good protein but that's about it. Horrendous texture and flavor.

Absolutely love! After trying several high protein snacks these hit the spot! No after taste and keeps you full. Highly recommend. Try warming it up in the microwave. It’s delicious!

These were great! Fun protein snack when you’re in a pinch. I especially enjoyed them after 5-10 seconds in the microwave!
