Q: There are 2 lengths of contact points. Which one should I choose to use?

Hi, the 2 shorter contact points with the rubber caps can be used for dogs with thin or short hair. The 2 longer contact points with the rubber caps are used for dogs with long or thick hair. When installing the contact points, please use the test lamp to tighten them first. And then push the silicone caps hard till there is no empty space between the top of the points and the rubber caps. This way, they will not fall off easily.
