Quick connect to binoculars, quick to put on and comfortable to wear for long hikes.
The Vortex bino carriers are excellent; simple to connect to a pair of binoculars and easy to wear and you don't know you're wearing them because they are so comfortable. Because of the design, they don't swing across your body like some others do. A good value for the quality and design you're receiving.

WAY better than neck straps!
I've got a very nice pair of Vortex binoculars. They have a lovely image and a great field of view and are super bright and all, but they are NOT lightweight. If I hung them on the supplied neckstrap, I would have a sore neck almost immediately. But that's not Vortex's fault. I've had the same issue with much smaller and lighter bins. Binoculars (and cameras for that matter) just should NOT be used with neck straps. They weigh on your neck and bounce around on your chest. Harness straps are simply the ONLY way to go. They spread the weight over your neck, shoulders and back, stabilize the bins or camera to reduce bouncing on your front and don't get in your way when you use the bins or camera. Other people make harness traps but some have a more convoluted path around you and nobody makes them better than Vortex plus the price of the Vortex straps are as low as just about anybody elses. You cannot go wrong with these! They are also built to handle weight. I tend to hang my camera (Sony Cyber‑Shot RX10 IV) on one side and my bins (Vortex Razor UHD 10x42) on the other. I find the birds with the bins, then take an ID shot with the camera. The Vortex straps can actually hold all this weight. The do eventually stretch, but they lasted me 4 years of birding around the world before I had to replace them. Very much recommended! And I recommend them in person when I've given lectures on buying and using binoculars to bird groups. Great stuff!

Lasted 6 years
I bought this in 2018 and used it several days a week, sometimes up to 8 hours a day (for my job) and just recently the elastic has started to fail. Of course, elastic does not last forever! So I am buying a new one because I liked this product a lot! Good product, comfortable, easy to put on and adjust size, and the clips make it easy to take on/off the bins. One thing I could have done better is to keep it out of the sun, as I feel that perhaps that contributed to the degradation.

Terrific product
I was skeptical at first regards the simplicity of this harness and whether it would be strong enough, stay put, hold the binoculars in place without bounce or slippage, and up to it when considering other important factors, but given the positive reviews, I decided to toss out the coin and make the purchase. Glad I did. It scores high marks on all these variables plus takes up little to no room when packing for an outside venture. One thing to keep in mind regards this, or any other binocular strap system is that many binoc cases are made very small and compact, often necessitating the removal of the strap prior to securing the binoculars in a case. This can be annoying, especially when one may want frequent access the the binocs from the security of a case or when you grab your binoculars from a closet or suitcase and then find yourself uttering, “now, where did I put the harness?” This, however, is not a ding against the harness as it is an attribute and limitation of small cases. So, purchase your case wisely but first figure out how you might want to use the case. Another plus system the harness has over a ‘single strap’ system is...when both harness and case are being used in the field (i.e., dusty or rugged environments), one can unclip the binocs from the harness, return them to the case, continue to wear the harness, then reclip the binocs to the harness the next time the binocs are extracted from the case. Rather simple! Anyway, I use the harness for recreational carrying and target viewing in archery and, for these purposes, this product fits the bill perfectly.

Great product - binoculars are easy to carrry, and instantly ready for use
This product does exactly what I was hoping it would do, and then some. I'm a hiker and found carrying my binoculars on a single strap around my neck to be awkward and uncomfortable. This harness allows the binoculars to hang in front, in a position where I can instantly raise them to my eyes when I spy something. I no longer feel the weight of the binocs, and can move my arms naturally as I walk. The stretchy straps make the harness easy to put on and take off when I need to adjust clothing layers. I've worn them under a day pack and they've worked fine, too. They're adjustable, one size fits all. I wear men's size Medium and have got a friend who is female size Small; we've both been able to adjust them to fit comfortably and I feel like there is plenty of room for a larger person to expand the harness.Highly recommended if you like to keep your hands free, yet still have the binocs immediately available.
