Supcase/Unicorn Beetle phone cases are hands down my favorite. I've tried Otterbox and a few random off brands not worth mentioning. I think this is my fourth Unicorn Beetle.This case has a raised face, thickened corners, anti-slip feet on the back, and a rubber outer edge for grip. It also has a thick back and tapered cut out to protect the camera lenses from falls. The fit is excellent. The rubber clips tightly onto the plastic parts hold them firm. The cover for the charging port is also very tight and feels hardy. *I consider this a positive because it protects the port well!* however it's a bit finicky to open and I could see someone with weak fingers having trouble. I think without changing the fit or rubber stiffness they could work around that by providing a lip or ledge to grip better with a finger.This item comes with a faceplate that has a screen protector and another that does not. I wasn't expecting that, but it's a nice option. It also comes with a belt clip for carrying your phone outside your pocket, but I never use those.Unicorn beetle cases have a shape and texture I prefer for good grip. I almost never use the stand on the back, but I have never broken one either. I understand that is not a shining endorsement.I have only had one break from a fall but it had survived multiple years and countless falls before that point. The last one I had almost lasted the life of my phone (~4 years), but a new charging cord caused the area around the port to break. I replaced it with an Otterbox only because UB was not available for my model anymore. The Otterbox broke in the same place within a month so it was an issue with the cable.After my experience last time I bought two immediately. That way in a few years when this case needs replacement I dont worry about finding another Unicorn Beetle. I'll have one in reserve.Dear Unicorn Beetle: Please return to your old logo. I love the Hercules Beetle. That's was one of the original reasons I bought your cases and now I am hooked.

Unicorn Beetle Supcase for Samsung Galaxy S24 UltraI’ve used the S24 Ultra version for about a year now. I am a fan of these cases.What I like:1. Pen Holder Slot- The slot has a recess that provides access and security for the pen. The pen slides out easily and is replaced just as easily.2. Kickstand - The kickstand has been able to hold the phone during use. It also holds the phone in portrait and landscape modes. It has an opening that allows for holding the phone like a ring. It also has a notch for opening it. Once open, it securely locks in place.3. Screen Protector - This case includes a built-in screen protector. This allows the use use of screen protection without worrying about proper alignment, fit, bubbling, or it falling off.This screen protector has a fingerprint section on it. The reader works well with the protector.4. Design - I like the overall design of the case. It looks stylish and feels strong. It feels securely attached to the phone. It gives me no fear that it will come undone.5. Parts - it includes two front pieces, one with the screen protector and one without in case you add your own later or choose to do without.What I wish were improved:1. Kickstand - Even though the kickstand holds the phone in portrait mode, it feels a little wobbly if you touch it. It won’t stay up with much movement. (This was not deal breaker for me).2. Screen Protector - Although the screen protector may prevent scratches, I don’t know how much of an impact it will absorb to protect the screen from drops. The case does have raised bezels that should absorb some of the force. Another concern is that I felt slight more resistance to the pen. I was able to use the pen and all its features, but definitely not the same as a bare screen.My Overall Take:The deciding factors for me were the built-in screen protector and previous experience with the brand on a tablet case. I’m glad I chose this one. I might just switch out my other cases for this brand. Overall this case is a winner!

I really like these cases! It's the 3rd generation of phones that I've used them for! Read the instructions... on my S25, the fingerprint scanner DOES work well with the screen protector in place BUT you need to register your fingerprints AFTER you have the screen on. It is a little tricky putting on the first time, but once you do it once, it's easy. These cases are rugged and durable... when I used one on my Note 9, it lasted a good 5 years (longest I've ever held on to a phone, btw!). If you're in a pinch, the S24 case actually fits and functions with the S25, though I don't know if the shock protection would be the same. (But the outer case/clip works with both S24 & S25)
