Q: I received the 3 jar pack-gritty and suspicious. it's not the same quality i've ordered multiple times in the past. why can't i return?

Check your "Return Window" time. With every order thry always list a specific date you have to return things by. If not, contact customer service for a refund.

Q: what are the ingredients in this products ?

Menthol .44%, zinc oxide 20.6 %. For specific questions, please inquire of your local pharmacist. This is an excellent and reliable product. One of my MDs recommended it to me, and I couldn’t be more pleased. If you are reluctant to try, pls try your pharmacist directly!

Q: jar or tube? what the difference from an expert out there:)?

It’s the same, only the jar is easier to get the last drop, I use to cut the tube in half to get the last drop, keeping it in a zip lock bag.. Jar is easier

I haven't purchased it in the jar like this in a long time. Maybe you should try the tube.
