I gave this 5 stars with a small caveat. It works for my use case although the instructions are lacking and loading photos is REALLY slow. After trying and returning Photospring, Vittanly, and Yaxtifiu digital frames, this unit works as advertised, for my use case. I was looking for a frame that would read and play photos from a USB stick and which either has a motion sensor or an on/off timer, and this can use a USB stick and has a timer that works. I haven't tried other use cases but based on my luck with my own use case, I expect it to work for others. FWIW, the Wifi connectivity seems to work and the picture quality is good enough. No, you won't get what you'd get on an OLED television or a high-end tablet, but it's good enough. The real kicker is the price; good value for the dollar. Recommended.

Gave as a gift to my father-in-law for Christmas. It's easy for him to use but mostly because I can add pictures to it from my house. Great value for the money and looks so nice anywhere. Photos Upload quickly and the wifi works great!

Overall the product is really top quality and well packaged and delivered, that is after the first thing that was delivered was squished by someone who delivered it. Not a fault of the company, however I got to tell everybody that the digital keyboard in which you have to use to enter your password for the Wi-Fi connection does not have all the characters of an American keyboard and in fact is missing two characters that I use in my password for my home. So I have an option of just returning this product or changing my password to include characters that are available. It seems absolutely incredibly dumb that someone would create a software application and leave out American Keys such as an ampers sign and a dollar sign and many more. So just beware if you order this and your password includes these characters and many others you may not be able to connect to your Wi-Fi without changing your personal password.

It simply won’t work with an SD card no matter what we do. Second one we’ve bought; we thought maybe the first was just defective. Clunky, horrible software. Basically they just want to spy via your WiFi network. Don’t recommend this at all.

Has a color cast for portraits.I shoot 95% landscapes.It's a really good picture frame for snapshots of people.For landscapes the color cast throws them off. I don't do a lot of photos of people, but the ones I did looked great.If that's what you want, it's fantastic. I also like the software that lets you dial in the photos.It has a "warm" color cast. If it were neutral it would get 5 stars.

The appearance is nice.The screen is large and the photos displayed are clear. However the pictures constantly freeze up, and we are forced to reset the frame. Unfortunately we missed the return window and are stuck with the product.I would not recommend this frame. 2/5
