This is the large size. I don't know if the same seller has both patterns but if you search for the patter number, you should get it up.

I know nothing about sizes. However, I spotted this on Amazon's page: Simplicity 4789Women's & Plus Size Smart and Casual Wear, Paper, White, AA (10 12 14 16 18). Maybe (?) AA means: sizes 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 (with different markings on the pattern for each of those sizes . . I would imagine).
