After a lot of research we finally settled on this King size mattress 78x72x8, I must admit this is a really good product and worth the price. It's not too soft and is firm enough. I don't bounce if anyone moves on the other side. 5 stars for the product

It has been about 2 months since I purchased this item. I went for this due to the low cost and since it was on lightning sale. I have been experiencing pain in the back and my neck everyday since using this mattress. I always wake up tired.

Not recommended. If you want to avoid back pain then stay away from this mattress. Writing the review after two months of usages. I never had back bain but even half an hour sleep on this mattress causes pain in my lower back. I tried sleeping for full night for couple of times but next morning I will wake up with full body pain and I feel tiredness the whole day. Contacted manufacturer but they say that it's not quality issue. I kept the mattress in guest room since it couldn't be returned.

I bought this product and got delivery on Aug.12.I didn't use it immediately and put it in quarantine mode for 14 days keeping in mind the current COVID situation.I started using it from 26th Aug., within 3 days I developed severe lower backache. Though I am not an elderly person and had no prior medical condition in my back, it's very uncomfortable and definitely not suitable for people with back issues. I would ask you either for an exchange with a better hard surface mattress or a refund as I can no longer bear to sleep on it.

I moved to Bangalore and furnished my new house but got stuck on mattress choice coz this is most important and an expensive item. You certainly do not want to make a wrong move, so I did research online/offline both but could not get any satisfactory deal. I got to visit amazon.in and found this awesome deal "A KIN SIZE BEAUTIFUL" mattress just for 17,999 rupee. And good news is, its cheaper than before now. Just go for it .. don't think twice coz its renowed brand and a trustworthy item. Have been using it since 9 months now.

I purchased the springtek eurotop pocket spring mattress in Diwali festival. I received the delivery on 15th Nov 2020. At first look the mattress was looking impressive. During first day of use i found the mattress is too soft .Thought the mattress might take some time to take it's shape and form. But after using it for 2-weeks i found the mattress is not giving right support to my body while sleeping thereby giving me low back pain as it is too soft for me and not medium firm as mentioned. On all the videos and reviews i have found the company provides replacement with other mattress as per customer pain points informed to them when informed to them within a 1-month. I have wrote email to to their customer care IDs received on the delivery package crm@ashokafoam.com; crm1@ashokafoam.com; 278@ashokafoam.com to replace the mattress with springtek ortho which is mentioned as more firm than my current eurotop. Will update this feedback once I receive their reply on my request.

Package delivered in a tightened shape. It will take much time to get into full shape. Product is not too soft not too firm. It's a medium one. Edges will be slightly larger than actual ordered size. Quality is good. Nice mattress. One can purchase this product who wants little firm and little soft comfort feel. Nice finishing.

Our old matress had gotten quite baggy and was causing more pain to an already existing back pain. We got this one on a lighting deal. Initially I felt it was a bit hard. But on the contrary it's actually quite comfy and has given me good sleep!
