I ordered this fan because I watched a video review of comparing this Levoit model to a similar Dreo model. I was seeking a really good fan that was also quiet. I was going to do a video review, but the audio part really didn't do this justice, because it is a very quiet fan on the lower settings. It has 9 settings with options for oscillating, timer and other features. Both the Levoit and Dreo are very quiet, very room cooling fans. I have both. Personally, I think the Dreo has just a tiny bit more quietness, but some people want to sleep with the sound of a fan. The Levoit has 5 blades, but there is no difference in the cooling effectiveness between 3 blades (Dreo) and this Levoit model. I am so impressed because I was able to discard my dinosaur Lasko fan that was loud and had a humongous base. This fan has a small heavy weight base and comes with an extension piece if you choose to keep it on the floor instead of a table. It is also easy to take apart and clean! It is perfect for any room and does an outstanding job of cooling the room temperature. If you buy one of these, you will never go back to Lasko fans, so spend the extra to get something nice. I would also like to add that the Levoit customer service is awesome. The first fan I received had noise that troubleshooting would not solve. I sent customer service a video and they sent me a new fan with a label to send the other one back. ( Always keep your packaging a few days on any appliance). Their response time and follow-up is truly impressive. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I’m someone who likes a little white noise while sleeping, plus the cool air of a fan. I’ve tried white noise machines and they just aren’t the same. I’m always shocked by how many ppl want their fans to be utterly silent bc I know there’s more ppl out there like me who want some noise in the background. Anyway, I decided to try this fan and it doesn’t disappoint. I don’t write reviews usually, I think I’ve written fewer than 5, but 9 months into owning this fan I LOVE IT. The air circulation is amazing, but it’s also the best of both worlds. At the highest setting right next to my bed, the white noise is perfect. But if I lowered the setting, or if I had this fan in a bigger room like a family room, I wouldn’t be able to hear it. So, fellow white noise fan seekers, I think you’d be happy with it too. I’m going to buy another one before the southern summer kicks in for real, and it’s worth every penny.

I painstakingly researched fans for weeks before finally deciding on this one. I was concerned about the small footprint and powerful fan but the pedestal is actually very heavy which stabilizes the unit quite well. It is remarkably quiet which was partially a downside for a ‘sleeping fan’ but the amount of air that it pushes outweighs that concern. The height of the fan is perfect for blowing just over the bed. I typically never use remotes that come with devices but this one is convenient to change the speed of the fan without having to get up. The unit feels like great quality and not cheaply built. I even took it outside at one point and it was nice that everyone could have a conversation over the quietness of the fan and not have to yell. Overall this has been the best fan I have ever purchased.

I am dealing with the ol perimenopause at work, and men control the thermostat. Needless to say…I needed HELP! This fan is PERFECT for my cubicle. The bottom is well-weighted, the top is not overly large, and the directions you can aim it are many. I have it stashed behind my monitors blasting directly into my face from above, and it is heavenly. So far I have only needed to use setting 1, and it has NINE more! I could probably blow myself out the door of my cube on setting 10. I use the remote to control it, which works perfectly, and everyone passing by asks me when I’m going to start using it because they can’t hear that it’s on. We have an energy efficiency team of jerks who want women to sweat all day, so a stealth fan they can’t hear is just what I needed. I am obsessed.

This fan is very powerful and yet is whisper quite. It easily screws together with no tools. It comes with a nice smart remote, and the best feature for me is the WiFi app. I can lay in bed using my smartphone on social media, and when I want I can control the fan in a snap, without looking for the remote or trying to read the buttons in th3 dark. Speaking of laying in bed in the dark, the display on the fan can be turned off, so the light from the display doesn't keep you awake. Fan is packed with many features such as showing the temperature which is also on the app, you can control the fan speed by temp range too, and you got 12 speeds to work with.

This fan blows ... Some wind around let me tell you!!! If you love for your room to feel like you're in a wind storm while you sleep, this is it!!! The lowest setting is super quiet, and of course the white noise gets more intense the higher the setting.It is a really nice looking fan too!Would definitely recommend!

Love love love love love this fan. I bought two of them for my bedroom because my other fan that I’ve had for years was so loud I could hardly sleep at night and now I sleep so good and it’s so quiet and cool. I highly recommend this fan in fact to buy two for your bedroom one on each side of the bed. And the remote control is awesome. You probably don’t need two fans, but that’s just how I rollThat’s how I like it anyway.
