Amazon sent me a used product and when I complained, Amazon said that they started an investigation and will let me know in 4 days! However, the manufacturer's customer service was exceptional when I complained to them. They arranged for pick up of the used product that I received and sent me a brand new replacement. They were quick to respond whenever I had a question.The product itself is quite powerful for its size and price. It's light, portable and does a very good job in regular cleaning. The code length is good enough for a regular sized room. The build quality is also quite good. I wish they could figure out a way to fit the power button on the handle. Overall it's a good product and would recommend.

Absolutely loved it.. very powerful motor .. long cord make it easy to use anywhere. The attachments are given for every needy place . Its very compact . Doesnt heat ..also very easy to clean. Suction power is high to clean minute particles.. highly recommend

We first dry-clean the floor, then follow up with a wet clean. The water capacity (around 250ml) might seem small, but it’s more than sufficient for a 2-3 BHK home. We were initially skeptical, but it works perfectly.Convenient Attachments: The front unit is easy to attach and detach, making it user-friendly and efficient.Thorough Cleaning: It does an excellent job of removing even the finest dust particles. After sweeping with a broom and vacuuming, you’ll still be surprised at the amount of dust this picks up!Cons:Noise Level: The noise could be a concern for some users, but we didn’t find it too disruptive.Wired Design: Since it’s not cordless, you’ll need to switch between a few power outlets when cleaning a 2BHK. But this is expected with any wired vacuum cleaner.Service/Support:Exceptional Customer Support: We were really impressed with the service. After delivery, we received a helpful WhatsApp guide and even a follow-up call from customer care (Rajeev).Bonus Mops and Filter: To our surprise, the support team offered us two additional mops free of charge! We were initially concerned about the potential need for a spare filter, so we asked for one, and they sent us both an extra filter and two additional mops free of cost! This gesture was a pleasant relief!
