These Alfalfa tablets are a great way to get a boost of vitamins and minerals, especially Vitamin K. I've been taking them for a while now and I feel like they've helped me feel more energized and overall healthier. Plus, they're easy to swallow and don't have any unpleasant aftertaste.

Good product and good price

Hard to swallow, but it is alfalfa. It would be nice if they coated them with gelatin or something, but I suppose that would not be as pure. There is some question whether the alfalfa is organic or not. Does not really indicate, so it looks like it may not be. I am a bit worried about the long term effects of taking alfalfa three times a day which has been sprayed, but from what I read about alfalfa it may not be sprayed since alfalfa does not have many natural pests which attack it. It would be nice to have clarification on this matter. Nevertheless, you will see after taking this that it internally deodorizes your body. You will see after going to the loo. Anything which is that powerful cannot but be good for you. Seems to be cleansing from the inside out. Moreover it seems to be a good source of fiber that acts naturally. I have not seen many contraindications or warnings associated with taking this herb; however, like anything else I am sure there are some persons who have allergies to it. So be careful as with any other herb.

Alfalfa is not expensive and especially for its value to your health. Was the best price I could find. The only reason I rated it low on taste? Because it is nasty. You swallow without tasting! It doesn't need to taste good when it isn't something you chew. You just swallow with lots of water.

I bought these because I heard they were good for boosting breastmilk production. I just took my first dose and gagged on every single one (bottle says to take 3 three times a day). And I've taken some huge horse pills before but these are far worse although they are smaller. They have a chalky texture that makes swallowing them very difficult!
