These are excellent earbuds. fantastic ground breaking design. Easy to pair and setup. Offers great functionality. I read a lot of mixed reviews and bad reviews on the web but I decided to trust my instincts based on previous experience about Bose products. let me tell you the earbuds sound great. Typical Bose sound. You wont even feel for a moment that you are missing a beat or the punch. Some users have complained about sound quality. After using them I can say with confidence that they need to check how they have placed the ear buds on their ear. Even Bose instructions say that while wearing for the first time you need to move them up and down and find the correct position for your ear canal. Bose sound never disappoints. Keep up the good work Bose and keep innovating

worst product , hastily design , for more than one ohur use the ear pains starts where it hinges . & bluetooth connectivity create noise in esp with apple phones .worst all if call comers , caller cant hear you at all . waste of money.does not support wireless charging .never thought bose will design such a product .

I have been off a huge support to Bose on innovations for these open style music listening as it so important to maintain a good hearing health. We all abuse ears with music and outside environmental hazards, its important to sometimes keep it quiet but at same time listen to something in private . This the newest to the line up has not only helps to keep aware of your surrounding ( Indian conditions its challenging) but you can make it habit if you practise . The sound quality is excellent and very comfortable. I have been writing to Bose to keep the innovations open as I was upset they discontinued the Bose frames line up (another GEM).The main disadvantage I find here is the price but again I See this is cheapest in India compared to other parts of the world .To summarise its a niche product and will gain potential soon as we need to reduce using in-ears to escape from the environment. Yes Inner ears are unavoidable but at-least in quieter environment this would be an excellent choice.Thanks BOSE.

Good sound quality with clarity., can speak to people around you, even if buds are playing music.Not for bass lovers. No bass punch.Compatible with old and new bollywood songs.Not good for calling. Sound levels very low so cant listen in noisy sorroundings. People on other side of phone will complaint of low volumes.

Sound quality, clip-ping, design....everything's great, BUTTTTTHERE IS NO SOUND!!!VERY LOW VOLUME......HARDLY ABLE TO HEAR ANYTHING IN CROWDS, MARATHONS....plus, few great features of qc ultra lacking!!!1. No sliding Sound control2. No auto music stop feature, on removing from earSERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED, WHAT'S THE POINT OF SPENDING SO MUCH😞😞BOSE MUST AMPLIFY THE SOUND BY SOME SOFTWARE UPDATE,and is possible add feature 2 also.

Not the greatest ear buds. The sounds pretty decent but there are a few things I've realised about this that i wouldn't buy it.1. Even at the highest volume you can still hear the outside world.2. When you're using it at mid to high volume a person 5 feet away from you can hear what you're listening to.3. It randomly disconnects.4. Pretty cool to look at but it's a little bulky.Not the greatest Bose product. I wouldn't recommend it.

Great product, Great sound, easy to operate. Not tested fully for battery life yet, but runs seamlessly for 2 hours at least

I am thoroughly disappointed with this product. The fit is a nightmare—no matter how you try to adjust, they just won't sit comfortably. The call clarity is abysmal; even if you shout, the person on the other end can't hear you properly. This is by far the worst product I've ever purchased from Bose. I feel utterly deceived. Please do yourselves a favor and stay away from this product. To top it off, these earbuds are non-returnable, adding salt to the wound. Absolutely regretful purchase!
