Smart dual set of grinders
Nice dual set (so one for salt and one for pepper) grinders. They have the traditional look everyone expects but are nice and easy to use.

Not good at grinding...
Pepper comes out in huge chunks and rock salt just will not grind, it gets stuck in the mechanism.

Wooden pieces
Though a little expensive, they are not the cheap wood material

It works when it wants to
I've been desiring a pepper mill for quite some time now. It's aesthetically pleasing, yet its functionality is inconsistent. I'm uncertain whether I'm at fault or if it's a flaw in the product itself. Though I find it puzzling how I could misuse it, I'm prepared to take ownership for any malfunction. When I twist the mill to dispense pepper, more often than not, only a minimal amount is released. I can discern the grinding sensation when it operates correctly, but during malfunction, there's a distinct lack of movement. It feels like I'm just turning the mill with no results. Through trial and error, I've discovered that shaking the mill and briefly reversing the direction of rotation typically restores functionality, albeit temporarily. However, this solution is short-lived, requiring repetition of the process. Inconsistent performance is a recurring issue; there seem to be no options for adjusting the coarseness, nor were there any accompanying instructions. Given these challenges, I'm inclined to seek an alternative pepper mill in the future.

Doesn’t last long
The product functions adequately initially, but its durability is lacking. The steel component of the mechanism at the top tends to become detached from the wood, rendering the grinder inoperable. I attempted to resolve this by reattaching it with a hammer, which provided a temporary fix lasting a few days. However, the issue persisted, requiring repeated reattachments. Ultimately, I have abandoned using the product as it appears to be poorly constructed and suffers from a noticeable design flaw.
