Only received ice trays
Only received ice trays. Bucket and the scoop is missing. The trays is good but the parts are missing 😞

Plastic set. Used wrong global reviews.
This is plastic set. Definitely not silicon. They have used the global reviews from the product that is actually available in US. This is imitation made with plastic and after filling with water the trays don't align.

Not happy with the product
One of the tray broke, remaining trays will break sooner or later. Reason is the ice is so difficult to remove from the tray, you squeeze it you bang it and you put all your strength. I guess the plastic should have been more flexible to pop the ice effortlessly.

Misleading! Only 3 ice trays. No icebucket and scoop
I placed replace request as soon as I saw that the box and scoop were missing. It is highly disappointing that the replaced item had again the same stuff missing. I unfortunately have to use it now since I need it immediately and don't have the patience and time to risk waiting for new replacement. Atleast don't do false marketing and be honest about what the deliverables are.

The description is inaccurate and misleading
It’s says the product is silicon, and will include 3 trays , scoop and bucket. Only three PLASTIC trays received with NO SCOOP and BUCKET. Looks like they don’t include as no one per the review earlier in India has received it too.It’s a waste of time initiate return. So keeping it and will use it till it lasts.
