Lots of solid science on the importance of Geranylgeraniol
As a high-dose statin user, I'm always looking too displace the potential for side-effects , geranylgeraniol in one of those important processes that statins disrupt and I take GG-Gold to replenish my levels. Important for vitamin K2 and CoQ10 production in the body. I take one daily and I believe it helps me tolerate my statin better.

No sore muscles.
After using this for a couple of months I I started heavy garden projects that included lifting timbers and landscape stones. I was surprised that there was no muscle soreness. I have to attribute it to this product as I have had no exercise all winter - a good 6 months of sedentary living, then suddenly all this heavy excercise with no soreness. I haven't changed any other supplements or altered my diet.
