Gets the Job Done
This cream is perfect for both diaper rashes and anal fissures aka tiny cuts from wiping too much. Since it is a paste, a little goes a long way, but it spreads very easily. I would recommend using gloves or a dry wipe to apply though, it can take a few washes to get off of your hands, and in case you use a little too much, I’d also recommend wearing underwear you don’t care about, because it can leave a light pink stain; not complaining though. It normally only takes a few hours to a day to work, but that really just depends on the severity. All and all I love this stuff, it takes care of the problem and I like the cool feeling you get from it too, very soothing.

Magic Product!
This product is magical! Been gardening and had a few allergic reactions to soil and what usually takes months to go away took a week. Not only that but I have PMLE and I can’t tell y’all how thankful I am to discover product! It’s better than any hydrocortisone I’ve ever used. Amazing!

Doesn't get any better than this!
I highly recommend this cream for pressure wounds and red butts. Even works well for diaper rash. A little dab goes a long way, making this cream worth its weight in gold!
