Beautiful beechwood, makes chopping and cutting easy with very sharp knives. Quite heavy, which I like, but maybe too much for some, and needs oiling sometimes, which is fine for me.

Didn't want to spend too much on a wooden chopping board so very pleased to find this one. Good weighty board, feels like it will last a very long time if cared for, nice colour and grain. Bought used like new and it is, there is no signs that it's been used. Very happy with my purchase

I was very excited about finding this chopping board! It is beautiful quality. I could not afford an expensive one, but I wanted a board from sustainable wood and one which, would be kind to my chefs knives. (I am not a chef though). I googled 'Recommended chopping boards for chefs knives'. Maple, mahogany,Rose and beech wood came up (they are all soft woods and won't wreck your knives). Beech was the cheapest of all the woods. But regardless of this board being a cheaper alternative to all the others, you still have to take care of it in the same way. So google 'How to care for wooden chopping boards'. It will be worth it. For example, you must not emerse the board in a sink full of soapy water to clean it!. Once you have done you little bit of research, caring for this board will reap rewards. I use it every day (NOT for meat), and have had it for a month or so. It is still like new, and cleans beautiful, with NO after smell of foods. A definite wise choice of purchase. No rough edges. Very thick and as smooth as a baby's bottom! Good luck.

The media could not be loaded. Board has split within a month. Complete waste of money at nearly £40 .Worst quality I’ve seen

Chopping board seemed good value, so I bought two. One is OK however the other has split and warped. Very little uses as we on holiday for three weeks. Got back day after the returns window closed. I’m not expecting the other one to last much longer. Live and learn!!

Buena tabla, resistente. Yo la trato con el aceite quemado de las frituras, cada pocos días y los cortes de cuchillo apenas se notan. (No utilizar cuchillos de dientes, sólo de filo.)Un saludo y que disfrutéis de ella.

De plank voelde nogal ruw aan, heb hem zelf bij moeten schuren om hem gladder te krijgen. Heb de plank in de olie gezet. Na een paar dagen is de plank al enigszins krom getrokken en ligt hij niet meer plat op het aanrecht.

Mooi dik, wel even in oliën!
