I love this product!

Actually helps with sleep! I took other magnesiums and they made no difference. This one does help me sleep longer, I dont get up as often. I am surprised, nothing else worked.

I have been taking this form of magnesium for two months in a row and hace felt a positive effect on my cognition and mood. I also take a dose of creatine daily and the benefit is enhanced. I have tried other forms of Mag and Mag glycinate is a close second, but this form is now my go-to.

This type of magnesium is purported to be very bioavailable and able to cross the blood brain barrier to support cognition. It is something I've wanted to try for awhile (I typically take magnesium glycinate). I am happy to report that it doesn't seem to have a laxative effect like some other forms, no digestive distress whatsoever taking the 3 capsules serving size. I can't say for sure if I feel any smarter, but I guess it can't hurt and maybe I'm feeling a little clearer. I have purchased several Codeage products and been very happy with them. I think they make a quality supplement for a reasonable price (even if their marketing images are a bit of a miss for me).

tablets smell like putrid and strong plastic smell. I can not even describe the smell even after taking. I ordered through amazon by mistake and directly from CODAGE. Both are same. Also ordered Liposomal calcium and it is worse than magnesium. I would no buy any from this company and would not recommend.

No adverse effects. It would take a month or so to actually quantify my results.

Codeage is an established and reputable brand with a wide range of products. You can have peace of mind in purchasing this supplement as it's manufactured in the US in a cGMP certified facility. The batch I received had a 3 year shelf life.There is a benefit to taking different forms of magnesium for systemic bioavailability reasons and targeted health issue support. This supplement has one of the higher quality forms (L-Threonate), known for it's easy absorbability and cognitive benefits. The formulation also includes an unique Phospholipid Complex.I normally take 300-500 mg of magnesium (glycinate form) for sleep aid purposes. Taking 3 caps/night of this blend was a significant reduction in my elemental magnesium intake levels as it's only 144 mg per serving. If I were to double the dosage to a comparable level, the bottle would only last me 2 weeks! My other complaint is value... this supplement is currently $59.99 for a 1 month supply. Magnesium (in any form) is one of the cheapest minerals to manufacture. I think you can find a much better deal and bigger supply from another reputable vendor. For those reasons I wouldn't recommend the supplement.
