Have bought 3 bags so far and am satisfied with the tea. Great for periods, late pregnancy, and postpartum. I prepare in batches for ice tea. Has a light flavor. I like to mix with organic lemonade. In my experience it has helped with period cramps. I took it at 36 weeks pregnant. Along with exercise I believe it played a big part in my labor going smoothly. I was 6 cm dilated with minimal pain during contractions. My goal was to deliver med free which I did. End of labor was painful but went quickly. I was in labor prob for 10 hours before I pushed baby girl into the world. I have continued taking the tea postpartum to help with healing. This tea is awesome been coughing for weeks, bought this here just took a. Couple of days to get her. But let me tell you this Tea is amazing drank a cup right before bed and the best I slept in weeks ,no coughing at all . I’ve had one other cup since then and only because I started coughing again ( but I’m a smoker also) and again no coughing for like a week in a half. I will be purchasing again when I run out. I've been really getting into making my own tea blends and what not lately. While waiting for my seeds to grow I got a few essentials to tide me over.These were perfect to start. They smell amazing and 'clean' if that makes sense. They add a nice subtle flavor and Calendula have so many benefits for the mind and body. Very reasonably priced. I decided the remove them from the tea bags and store the loose petals in a jar so they'd be easier to mix into various blends. Super pleased to have ordered these.

So last october 2024, my AC1 levels were at a 6.3...Very high 🥹. A nurse told me to purchase guava tea and to drink it daily with cinnamon. Yesterday I went back to the doctor office , redud my blood work and to my surprise, I literally cried happy tears, My AC1 levels went down to 5.7.
