Works really well. Calls are clear, and those on the other end say I sound fine and not like I'm in a tunnel. If they are also on a Bluetooth/car/speakerphone/VOIP connection, that once in a while the volume is a bit muted and a little murky but 95% of calls sound great. This is the first Bluetooth headset I've ever had that is comparable to a corded headset or no headset at all. Pairs very fast with my Galaxy S25+. I leave it turned off, and when a call comes in, I can turn it on and it will pair before answering, which is awesome. The charging cradle is a nice feature, but it's a little finicky getting it docked and the charging port connected. Wireless charging would be a nice upgrade to see on future models.

If you primarily use them for 4-8 hour calls, they perform very well. For intensive or musical use, it may be worth investing in something more durable or with better ergonomics.

It started off rocky using these with the USB that was provided, anytime I was in teams at random moments it would get super static and kick me out of teams when I would turn the headset off and back on. But once I connected the headset via Bluetooth to my work laptop I haven’t had any issues. Also if it matters I work for a call/contact center.
