I originally ordered one of these for my granddaughter, & my wife drove our granddaughters car & had an opportunity to use this. We are currently on a road trip ALCAN hwy, & this has been great. It even holds my iPhone 14 Pro Max in a thick phone case, with out any slippage. If your phone fits this holder, you will be pleased with its functionality. It’s easy to install, & setup, even with out the instructions that come with this holder. If you have ever completed the ALCAN Hwy journey you know how rough that trip can be. This holder held its position even under the roughest parts of that journey. I always end up buying crappy phone holders for my car so I was skeptical before ordering this.. Fortunately, for once I bought a good item. Super easy to install and holds my Samsung Galaxy S22+ PERFECTLY. No vibration or moving either. It stands completely still and sturdy. Kind of makes a big gap in your vent but once you take it out it goes right back to normal 👍🏻 I highly recommend this. Definitely a 5 star item. Price isn't bad and it's definitely worth it

I can't say that I love this phone mount but it did what I needed it to do on a recent 3,500 trip. I do like the way I can just set the phone in the cradle and squeeze it tight to hold the phone. Quick and easy. I didn't care as much for the way its arms reached in and grabbed the vains of my dash vents. It was a bit hard to get set up (didn't want to easily grab hold), it interfered with the directional adjustments of the vent (and actually made that function mostly unusable), dropped off suddenly once while rolling down the highway, and it only fit on a very limited part (the very top) of my dash vents. All things considered, this unit did the job it was supposed to do for me on my trip and it's still unbroken and fully functional. Despite its shortcomings, it is doing its thing. Four stars is adequate, all things considered, at least until a better design comes along.

I’ve had it for a couple days now, so far no issues. It clips well onto the vent though it’s a little difficult to tighten the phone part to the vent clip, but once you do it, it stays. Nice that you can rotate it the way you want and then tighten it to stay. The phone clip itself is also good so far; bottom section is stable and the sides tighten enough to hold on sharp turns, etc. Quick release button on the back is good so far. Will update if anything changes.

A month ago I bought the one that squeezes the air flaps, it lasted 2 weeks. However, this one is perfect, the small hook on the flaps is solid enough to hold the phone perfectly. So it’s a great product, at a great price, easy to install.I greatly recommend this product!!

I’ve tried other vent mounted holders, but they slipped and slid or they didn’t secure my phone. This one works great , the mechanism that attaches to the vent, keeps it secure. Easy to set up , took me less than two minutes.

The design is durable; heavy plastic. The fitting to car air vents is easy to set up. The unit functions well gripping the phone and releasing. I will update after winter arrives regarding how well it functions in cold temps.
