I liked the price. It tastes ok on its own but better brewed in my coffee. I didn't feel any side effects.

Always have sniffles coz of cold CA winds but I think it cleaned my lungs up no sniffles now after once or twice a wk tea for a month or 2.. will drink tea even once a wk good maintenance measure
