I brought because some of the reviews said it worked for hot flashes. Well they didn’t do anything for my hot flashes. I’m trying one more bottle to see if it calm these flashes any.

The Seamoss gummies taste great and are very easy to manage while I am on the go. I recommend this product!

I am a huge user and believer of Seamoss! Generally, I will make my own in a blender with water and lemon/lime. Or, I have purchased capsules from a few different brands also, over the course of the past year or so.This is my first time getting/using Seamoss gummies. I quite like them! The taste is pretty good! It’s not sour it’s not overly sugary or sweet. It’s honestly not all that flavorful and it’s not flavorless either but-I am having a hard time thinking of the words to describe it. Other than saying-Basic-haha!It’s good though! It’s just a small gummy You take 2 of and you’re on your way!I’ve used these only for a week or so. And, with me being an individual who has been using Seamoss for quite sometime just switching back and forth from the Gel, Capsules and now Gummies, it’s hard to say if I notice a ‘difference’ using these?I’ll say that I haven’t noticed a change in using these from what I was using before. Which, I think is great! Seamoss will give you natural energy! I think the gel Seamoss-the real deal stuff-blending it yourself and just eating it by the tablespoon, is obviously the best. But, it’s not always feasible. I think these gummies are a great option for many people! Those who do not like swallowing a hunk of Seamoss gel daily, and those who do not like swallowing pills. And these gummies are pretty small! They’re smaller than a sour patch kid.As of now, I’d highly recommend these if you’re looking for Seamoss gummies!
