I have it in black and dark blue. Yes it can smudge some. But I like it

Absolute trash. Is not waterproof at all. Runs and smudges. Constantly having to clean up my eyes throughout the day.

First thing I tried once I opened itâŚDrew a line on my skinâŚ. waited for at least 15 minutes⌠ran my finger across it⌠instantly blurred. Not thrilled! May try, but I donât look forward to itâŚDisappointed.

Iâve been trying to find islamic style kohl for the longest and now I can use kohl for itâs islamic purpose.
