Had this for a while now and just reviewing it. I love this product! Not crazy experience and done quality. My cat likes to chew cords so I love that this is wireless (why I purchased it). I work making calls all day and once it is fully charged it lasts about a week or so before I need to charge up again, so battery life is fine. Have used it on teams, zoom, Avaya, and genesys and no issue with any of these programs. Exactly what I expected. Maybe there are better ones out there but this is perfect for what I need and met my expectations.

The customer service is outstanding! I’ve been using my headset at work for nearly two years without any issues with calls or volume. Plus, they look amazing—I get tons of compliments. 10/10. I highly recommend!

I wish I could return this but already threw out the box thinking based on the price it couldnt possible be a terrible headset.I got two headphones for urgency with my work at home job, this wireless one which I preferred, and a very cheap wired headset just in case, glad I did. It pulled through, this brand is a complete fail.This headset only lasted 1.5hrs when it was sitting in the charging deck all night. Compared the connection and audio quality on Teams this really falls short from the cheap wired one.Overall main complaint the battery life is not as advertised. 2hrs way too short. No warning indicator of low battery.Second issue, the swivel earpads are more inconvenient than useful, while speaking it moves way to much and out of place. Not at all noise cancelling.Third is the audio quality, the microphone feature is way to low and quiet producing. The microphone is not very adjustable or can move closer nor retract to length or shorten the mic. The bending feature does not really stay in place.Only pro, the dongle connection worked easily, simple set up.The mute feature does not work, nor does that feature with my old corsair virtuoso, so I won't count against it. But don't expect to rely on the mute feature with this headphones either. At I can repair my other ones when the new parts come in and this headset couldnt do the job in the meantime. Can't even rely on this as a back up headset anymore, it's just that bad with it's not being able to function for no longer than 2hrs.

Although I already have a Jabra headset which I use for work, I wanted to have one I could use with my personal computer as well as my smart phone. Since my mid-tower PC does not have Bluetooth built in, I needed a dongle which is supplied with this headset. Set-up was quick & easy. I can now talk with people through Google Voice as well as through my iPhone. There is a caveat; you have to disconnect manually from your smart phone when finished using Vonztek or it stays connected when cradled on its charger. I turned the headset off thinking it would disconnect but then set it on its charger which turns it back on. I also found that it won't release the audio from my PC either. I had to manually switch the PC back to external speakers in its Sound settings so I could listen to music. You will have to use the reverse when connecting with either device, just go through the phone's BT or the computer's Sound settings to switch back to the headset.Sound quality is middle of the road and I'm not sure it's the headset's fault. My more expensive Jabra sounds better when used in MS Teams but maybe it wouldn't do any better if used under the same circumstances as the Vonztek. There are a number of factors involved with talking through the Internet and this will vary depending on how anyone uses it. It only comes in the Champagne color at this time but it's a nice break from the basic black the most headsets come in.Even though it is heavier than many headsets, the bridge and ear pads are thick and comfortable. I hope they hold up well as many ear pads made from pleather start to disintegrate over time. The mic can be turned 180 degrees so it can be worn on either side and the mute switch is built right into the mic itself which is a great idea. No fumbling around to find it, it's right in front of your mouth.The hook-switch/power button is also in a good location and easy to find. NOTE: There is some confusion in the directions when setting the headset into Pairing mode with Bluetooth. I was looking at the graphic and should have followed the written directions as you must have the headset OFF when first pairing it in Bluetooth. I thought it needed to be ON...my mistake.To sum it up, I recommend this headset if you want an easy way to connect to your computer and smart phone. Good quality for an affordable price.

As someone who works from home it’s important to have a good wireless headset that has noise cancelling features. I have had this headset for almost a year with absolute no complaints they work great and are very comfortable to my ears. Recently my dongle broke which was crucial for work to have the headset working. I contacted customer service and they were great at locating my order and getting a new dongle sent to me. Great product great customer service!

The audio is good, both earphones and microphone and the Bluetooth range is really good, but in general it is unreliable: it will disconnect from the blue tooth even when they are 3 feet apart, it doesn’t indicate if or when the battery is low to recharge before it dies down.

This headset was very easy to connect and set up, has great quality and is very comfortable. The battery life lasts a long time. I use mine for work and my cell phone! Has became my #1 headset.!!!

I absolutely love this headset! It was recommended to me by a friend at work and I even turned right back around and bought one for my husband. We can walk all around the house and even out to the mailbox without losing connection and it holds battery life all day long and I’ve even forgot to charge it before and I still get through the next day with no issues at all. Plus it’s pretty!
