Q: Where can I get instructions or user manual?

Q: What are the revolutions per minute (RPMs)?

I don’t know exactly but it is not fast like a food processor, but slow like a mixer on the lowest setting. Maybe one revolution every couple seconds so 20-30 RPM is my guess.
