Contour Feather Adventure Survival Knife - Fixed Blade, Hunting, Camping Knife with Fire Starter, Sharpener, Whistle, Hex Driver, Sheath - Full Tang, VG10 Steel, Belt Clip

The Contour Feather knife has a very slim handle, yet fits very well in my large hand. The handle has an emergency whistle at the end.The short, 2 inch, clip point blade comes sharp, is made of good VG10 steel, and versatile as well, having a 'striker' spine section for use with a ferrocerium rod as well as a 1.4" hex bit driver hole. An even larger round hole allows a good grip of the blade for fine carving.The Kydex sheath is versatile as well, having a built-in ceramic "V notch" sharpener, and a screw-in hex ferrocerium rod (use with the hex hole in the blade), and includes both grommets at the end for a neck lanyard as well as a sturdy clip for belt or webbing.The entire package is very light, at 3-1/2 ounces. The Contour Feather name is quite fitting. If a neck knife or lightweight utility fixed blade is of interest, this would be a good, versatile choice.

I received this knife over 3 months ago and have 0 complaints. It retains an edge extremely well, I’ve used it nearly every day and it is still sharp. The sharpener works better then any I’ve bought, the g10 fits like a glove in the hand, the texture on the blade fells very sturdy. There are also many small design factors that set this knife apart such as the drain hole and the thumb hole on the blade. Of the 50+ knife’s I own this is my favorite!!!!

I carried the CRKT Minimalist neck knife on two deployments and loved it, but this knife ads firestarter, whistle, a bigger handle, and sharpener which are all pluses.The unfortunate part, is in California the blade of a neck knife cannot exceed 2”inches. This appears to be 2 1/8” (see photo).Also, the metal belt clip is added bulk and lessons the usefulness as a neck knife. Removing it is not as easy as it should be.Overall, four stars. Comfortable in the hand, good blade, and well thought out.

I love this knife. It’s the perfect EDC knife. I wear mine around my neck with some paracord and it’s perfect for me.

Pretty awesome knife but handle is weak because of the custom whistle tip, sheath tension isn’t very secure, knife fell out of sheath about five feet from the ground and split that whistle

I use and wear it everyday. Perfect for precise work.

I bought this to have a small unobtrusive knife on me around the campsite. It is handy for cutting line, opening packaging and when necessary, cooking dinner. The sharpener actually works well and I use the fire starter on a regular basis. You won't whittle a paddle with this thing, but that's not its purpose. Good steel is good steel and it performs its job well.

This was really perfect. It looked too big when we bought this for my college age son for camping. It's a great size, has a nice sturdy holder and straps to your backpack or belt. Nice looking too. I'm buying one for myself..
