Lovely sweet and strong cinnamon flavour. It's very, very finely ground and I have accidentally inhaled it and it has made me cough a couple of times, but honestly I prefer that to a gritty coarsely ground cinnamon. I've found that if I use a milk frother to incorporate it into drinks then there's no risk of choking. Works wonderfully for cooking and baking too.

Like that the Ceylon cinnamon is better quality to the usual one.Found it to be so fine that it doesn't dissolve, or when added directly, it clumps up and have to use spoon to crush the clumps. Apart from this it has a distinct soft aroma and I didn't notice it to be very strong in flavour - but it is the quality type of cinnamon.

Bought this twice now. First time (May 24) it blew my socks off with how aromatic, flavourful and colourful it was. Second bag (Dec 24) was a huge disappointment relatively speaking. Dull brown, aroma limited. Packaging was different.In two minds whether to buy a third bag.
