Before buying this motherboard, I bought a motherboard from Asus 650E Strix, Board was dead in 10 days, RGB lights on motherboard was working, but no posting when I pressed power on and I dont see any lights glowing in EZ debug.Instead of RMA the old board, I thought, it is better to upgrade to newer board.This time, I want to buy a good reputed board. I got feedback that MSI board was good. Since I already had a thought to upgrade the board from 650E to 670E, I explored the carbon and I started liking it.Features I liked.LED display for Debug, it should have been a standard features in all motherboard, it helps to understand when motherboard has issuesBoard is future proof, with 3 PCIE 5 slots , two from cpu and one from chipset. It also has 4 nvme slots, 6 SATA port.Board is heavy and it is due to cooling and steel armour.USB drive provided with driversOnline manual with lots of block diagram, extensive one. I really liked how much they focused on the documentation.MSI center, software was good with mystic lights setting.MSI Wifi Antenna was well built and felt premium.Performance of CPU 7700x is also good with this motherboardDedicated reset button and smart button.Expo issues were present in bios, I believe MSI working to fix it, it is only problem I see. Other than that motherboard is worth the price

A mi la targeta gráfica me llego muy bien, aunque ya llevo con ella 7 meses por ahí, nunca me ha dado fallas o presentado problemas la verdad.

Estupenda, definitivamente estoy muy contento con mi compra. Realmente MSI es una marca que siempre me ha dado confianza y con esta motherboard, se lucieron terriblemente. ¡No me imagino la calidad de la Godlike!Si bien es un poco más cara de adquirir en latinoamérica, la calidad lo amerita.

I don't see a good valid reason to go with the God-Like version for twice the price when this motherboard has all you'll ever need and some more. Unless you have money to throw away and burn, or you just really like the looks (aesthetics) of the God-Like motherboard and the 90-degree angle of the connectors.If you install two memory sticks, use channel A2 B2 to populate them, I do not recommend using all four memory slots since AMD has issues reaching the higher memory frequencies when all four memory slots are populated. I have 64gb 2x32gb @6400mhz sticks, and the expo profile 1 works perfectly with super stability. To avoid a long boot up every time with this motherboard, just enter the bios, and on the advanced tab select Memory Context Restore to (Enabled). But note that every time you do any changes in the bios pertaining to memory, the motherboard will retrain the memory and you'll get Code 15 on the debug LED panel for almost a minute before the system boots up. So no, don't panic, your board is not defective, the code 15 is normal and seems to last forever when we desperately want the system to boot up. But once the initial memory training takes place, and the context restore is enabled, you'll be able to boot up as fast as any other system with ddr4 memory or Intel CPU.I have a Ryzen 9 7950X3D, and the only change I made on the bios to improve performance and thermals, was to actually undervolt the processor slightly, by going to PBO, set profile to manual, and then set the thermal throttle control to 80 (degrees) or even 75 if you don't want it reaching the 80, and then on the CPU curve optimizer set to all cores (negative) and type in 20, or 15 if 20 is not too stable. That will make the processor draw slightly less power, and run slightly cooler and faster.But like I said, having a good motherboard gives you a bunch of options that you might miss, with lower end boards.Another confusing thing about this board that may scare many people on the Windows 11 installation, is that the WIFI and Ethernet cards on this board are not natively supported by windows 11, so upon the first boot, you will not have internet access, to overcome this, you can either bypass the windows 11 online account requirement, or you can use an inexpensive plug and play wifi adapter or a USB to ethernet adapter.If you get a Gen 5 M.2 NVME SSD for your primary drive, get the Crucial T705, the speeds are insane, over 14k MB/s both read and write. And it runs fairly cool. Speaking of that, another feature I love about this board, is that I can easily swap M.2 NVME SSDs from the gen 5 socket next to the memory slots, I love to play with installations and do some custom Windows 11 Installations, and instead of testing them with a virtual machine on virtual box, I like to actually use another ssd and do a clean full system installation!I know this board is a little expensive, but it is worth it and runs very very well.

If you need a lot of storage this is superb. Supports 4 nvme and 6 sata drives. Overall msi quality through and through

Adorei a placa mãe da MSI, comprei tbm GPU da MSI. Estou bem satisfeito.
