Good value, not had a cold in 10 years, but other vitamins are essential along side vit C

Not the easiest tablets to get down, they're not as big as other Vit C tablets on the market but you need to have enough water with the tablet to wash it down otherwise you can end up gagging from the taste it leaves in your mouth...still great and does the job, my immune system is stronger! The size and taste of the tablet is not enough to stop me from staying healthy and having a stronger immune system so I will finish what I have but find smaller tablets to continue with.
