This product is a knock off of the real product it does not have any of that ingredients that that should have in this does not have melatonin ashwaganda, zinc,magnesium, L-thenine l-lysine and other important ingredients. Most recent ingredients are not even needed a pack none of them I needed for this product. I’ll find product on it’s own site before I buy it here.
