TK9Kscart to 3.5mm Jack socket adaptor 3.5mm socket audio out

Having read the low star reviews, I wasn't bit surprised when this emitted nothing but a hiss into my headphones. I had a cuppa tea and tried again by simply removing and reinserting it into the scart socket. Eureka! Perfect!He's a tad deaf and I hate loud tv (so do my neighbours). With this gadget, he can have it blaring with the headphones on and I can have the tv volume a low as I want it.The quality is excellent through my Sony headphones on my Sony tv. Excellent purchase!

Decided that I wanted to use an old Freeview recorder in a spare room without a tv. Use my computer in this room so thought I would run it through the computer monitor. The recorder only had Scart connectors and the monitor HDMI. Searched for and found an appropriate lead. Fitted using a HDMI splitter and picture was perfect. No sound. Went into different settings on the recorder and could not get the sound to work. Then I realised that I am getting old and having a senior moment and the monitor didn’t have any speakers. More searching and I found this Scart through connector with a separate Audio lead out for old tv’s without an audio out, ordered fitted and everything work great.

Works really well, allows headphones to be used without cutting off the TV volume. As a note, the TV does not have to be connected via a scart for this to work with the headphones, like a when the TV is connected via HDMI to a SKY box, as long as there is a scart socket in the device it will work, Kinda obvious when you think about it!!!

This is my first review and I am so inspired because this is such a low cost and easy solution to a problem that affects many households who have a deaf family member who wants to use headphones whilst the rest of the family want to hear normal external volume from the TV.Samsung told me it wasn't posiible to get external volume from the TV whilst using headphones in the 3.5mm jack socket (which it isn't).However, they didn't tell me this was the solution. Which it is. And brilliantly so. My deaf father can use his headphones connected to the TV via the scart socket using this adaptor, whilst the rest of us can listen to the TV at normal volume. Brilliant.If this is your situation, buy it and try it. For the sake of a few quid, this could be a great solution.The TV in question in our case is a Samsung UE40F6500 LED HD.

This adaptor is probably ok, unfortunately it was not compatible with my TV so I had to return it. Initially I bought a Thompson headset thinking that there would be no complications. My TV is a 42" Samsung flat screen and un-beknowing to me it required an adaptor that I have since ordered after speaking to the manufacturers a 3.5mm Stereo Socket, I'm awaiting delivery and hope it will work. As a suggestion for anyone buying the Thompson Headset it should be made clear that an adaptor would be required for certain types of TV.

This is a wonderful little item,The seller delivered quickly and securely.If you have a TV that has no headphone jack, it simpy fits in AND still gives you SCART functionality (so you do dont lose the capability of the socket).It also serves as a 3.5mm stereo out jack to either some external speakers if you wish (if you chose to do this make sure they have their own power source to ensure good volume).I was surprised that on my philips TV on which I tested it for my father-in-laws LG Plasma, it sounded better through some JVC headphones than the headphone socket itself!SCART has perhaps had its day in favour of HDMI now, but this device is a simple and great way of putting it to good use cheaply and without compromising any connections in your current setup.

This does provide sound output from the TV. However I did not realise that it only provided the TV sound BUT NOT THE OUTPUT from my Firestick even though the Firestick sound come via the TV speakers.I now realise that it is my understanding of the product that is wrong but I feel it should be made clearer. The item itself is OK but unfortunately it did not do what I wanted.

Ho una televisione LG che non ha l'entrata suono con il uscita jack, ho acquistato una cuffia Sony per ascoltare la tele senza disturbare.Non ho potuto usare la cuffia...Ho acquistato questo adattatore scart con uscita suono ed entrata jack, ha funzionato alla grande, la cuffia si è connessa immediatamente ed io finalmente posso dire di non avere buttato denaro con la cuffia Sony. Consiglio acquisto!!!

Ottimo per quello che stavo cercando, collegare cuffie ad un TV senza cavo ottico e senza escludere l'audio per tutti gli altri. Perfetto, semplice ed eccellente qualità/prezzo.

utilizzato per usare modulo bluetooth senza escludere le casse del televisore.
