Must have chefs tool, as important as a Chef's Knife
Comes with sharpe edges, great for griddle cooking or any flat surface cooking, I do not recomend for a frying pan for for a griddle or bbq its a must gotta have cooks tool

What's not to like. It's stainless
What's not to like. It's stainless, gets anything up off my cast iron skillets, one thing to look out for - this version is pretty long. It's not great for anything less than a #8 skillet. If I were to buy again, I'd get the shorter one. This one would be excellent for commercial griddles, however. Been using it almost daily for months and it looks like new. Dishwasher safe and sharp edge, really a good tool for people that don't use nonstick cookware.
