This flour blend is fantastic! I made perfect pasta the very first time I tried it. The proportions and directions were so clear and easy to follow—I ended up with amazing homemade fettuccine that tasted like it came from a restaurant. I’m genuinely so impressed. I will never use anything else for fresh pasta. Highly recommend for anyone who wants foolproof, delicious, homemade pasta with minimal fuss!

Perfect mix of regular flour and semolina with a super fine and uniform grind. Pasta comes out with great texture and taste every time. The premix is also well mixed so the final pasta is uniform too. Huge plus that I only need to store 1 bag instead of two.

I’m no pasta expert but using this for homemade pasta had delicious results. No need to worry about mixing flours, this is already mixed and ready to go in a perfect ratio for pasta.

This flour works great for making homemade noodles. The dough stays soft and is so stretchy! We’ve made the perfect noodles with this flour.

Over the last few years I've gotten into baking as a hobby and have been enjoying myself. My wife and mother recently bought me a pasta maker as a gift (a pretty generous hint, I'd say). I've had excellent success with all of the King Arthur flours, spices, and tools I've purchased from them over the years so I decided to give their pasta flour a try. My first attempt was near excellence and it was significantly easier than I expected it to be. I've made both fetuccini and lasagne sheets with it to great success. There's an easy-to-use recipe on the back of the bag which is handy. It's milled pretty fine and has a nice combination of durum, semolina and AP flours so you get the best of all the different varieties. I'll be buying more of it when needed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

I have made homemade pasta with this 5 times now and it comes out perfectly!
