After reading all these reviews complaining about clumping, I’m here to tell you that it’s normal — yes, NORMAL.Here’s some education: some of the most hygroscopic ingredients (aka: water-attracting products) in preworkout s are l-citrulline, glycerol (GlycerSize™, in this product) and betaine. Clumps do lot render this product ineffective, it only renders your feelings into thinking that it’s a “bad batch”.Now onto the science. Taste great hint of mango but it is Tropical flavor!Great pump takes about 15 mins to feel it. I use one scoop for cardio days and two scoops for lift days.

So when I first opened this I was surprised to see the clumpy texture. I have ordered this straight from the maker and never had this issue… I was like okay I’m still gonna drink it but then I put the lid back on and the scoop was a little above the close area. It cracked the lid. To me that’s just too many issues for something I have to ingest. I’m super frustrated that I can’t return this or get a refund. It was $50!!!!!

The flavor is GREAT but i literally get NO energy from this pre-workout. And yes i got the caffeinated one, not the stim-free.

This pre workout is a great everyday pre. Good energy and good pump.

Wasn't too bad taste wise but it blended horrible very powdery was hard to drink at times.

#1 The flavor is disgusting. Taste NOTHING fruity or remotely like a Mango#2 Does not mix well and there is always residue left in the shaker bottle#3 You can literally feel chalk in your mouth from every drink. Your mouth feels dry because of all the Chaulky stuff.#4 Does nothing the label advertises. Zero Focus, Zero Energy, Zero Power, Zero Pump.STAY With the brands you trust and know that give you results. I wanted to try something new and different and am out $50 cuz of it.
