Love Vapo cough drops! They are very strong because of the vapo, but honestly that makes them so much better. It helps with sinuses and throat. These and the blue ones are the best!

Fantasticall potent menthol!
When I feel congested this product provides instant relief. I'm a singer and when I'm resting my voice it cools off my throat efficiently. It is more potent than all its competitors. For some reason I can not longer find this product in any pharmacy. I'm guessing the strong menthol may be too much for many people. For me it is perfect!
