I have tried other magnesium l-threonate supplements before and never noticed a difference. Because of its effectiveness in lowering and stabilizing my blood pressure, my cardiologist reduced my blood pressure in half! I take be one mid day or around 2 and then 2, 2 hours before bedtime and it is perfect. Effective and gentle on the stomach

Tengo pocos días tomándolo y no sé si sea muy pronto para evaluar, pero he sentido cambios desde que empecé a tomarlo, el mismo día que lo recibí había dormido muy mal y me tomé la primera cápsula al medio día, debo decir que la tomé antes de hacer ejercicio (como un suplemento más), el ejercicio de por sí tiene beneficios, pero lo que sentía era diferente... estaba totalmente recuperado de mala noche anterior! estoy 100% seguro que este Magnesio tuvo algo que ver! además lo estoy combinando con Omega 3 y Vitamina D, tengo varios meses tomando estás últimas y nunca me había sentido de esta manera, vuelvo y repito: este Magnesio me está ayudando! de hecho el mismo día que me llegó y tomé la primera cápsula + ejercicio, tenía una clase de baile y estaba TOTALMENTE ENFOCADO! hoy no hice ejercicio pero me tomé la primera cápsula al medio día, salí para la piscina a tomar un poco de sol y sí, tomar el sol tiene beneficios pero hago eso 4 y 5 veces por semana y NUNCA me había sentido como hoy, es por eso que creo que este suplemento es una maravilla! So in a nuthell, I have an autoimmune illness and I struggle with sleep (falling, staying, quality) and overall fatigue. If you do some research, we are all deficient in magnesium (depleted soil, poor nutrient diet, etc). It's very clear I need extra magnesium.I tried a few supplements including Calm but if you have a leaky gut and other gut issues (like most people with autoimmune/chronic illness have) most forms of magnesium are poorly absorbed. I still do magnesium spray (I do it myself) and I think that my skin absorbs it well but it seems to work better when I do it over long periods of time - it's basically not a "magical pill". and it does improve my sleep but not in a dramatic way.I actually got a sample of this brand 1 year ago - I finally gave it a try and it improved my sleep on that very first night! I had 11 tablets left in my trial bottle so I thought I would track the 11 following nights just in case it was a fluke...Well, it wasn't. My sleep improved a lot - thanks to this supplement so I quickly ordered the same brand and chose Amazon because the quick delivery meant I did not have to wait a week to sleep better. Also if you subscribe, it is a really good price (I usually buy my supplements - I buy a lot- on various websites and this was the best price I could find - even with discounts, offers, etc.)It is very rare that I notice my need for a supplement so quickly (last one was liposomal glutathione) but it is my belief that this particular form of mg does -as advertized- cross the blood-brain barrier hence the immediate result. One thing of note, I only use a tablet a day (and not three as recommended)! I take it at least one hour before bed. I only take one because I still do magnesium spray and take other vitamins and supplements with additional amounts of mg (but in different forms).Also, shortly after starting this supplement, I bought a pair of amber glasses (that filters blue light) which helps too but I would say is not as powerful as this form of mg to make me feel sleepy!
