Like-New Amazon Echo Show 10 (newest model), HD smart display with premium sound, motion and Alexa, Charcoal

This is a great unit! I really like how music sounds on it. Using it as a security camera is great too. It follows around when you want it to. My wife and I are no strangers to the echo shows. We had a echo show 10 2 gen before this. We do a lot of shopping on Amazon so the ads are nice especially if it's something new. We have our echo to tell us when something is coming in or when it's delivered. My security cameras work great on it too. I'm really excited about Alexa+ and what it can do. So it will be nice to get early access and get it free since we are Prime members. This unit is very useful. And if you're use to some echo corks it's well worth it. Alexa+ should address some of the corks. I recommend this unit to everyone!!

The media could not be loaded. Truly LOVE The "Echo Show 10"! AWESOME SOUND, displays all my AOSU camera indoors and outdoors, when I ask, unlock and lock my 3 TTLOCK smart locks, control all SENGLED smart lights, adore the reminders, controls my NEST smart thermostat, turn on and off the VIVINT alarm system, turn SAMGSUNG and VIZIO TVs off and on, the TV game shows and home games it plays, and I can play with relatives, friends and even people I don't know. Turn lights and devices on by schedules, keeps me up with the time all day. Tell me when shows are on, the ones I don't want to miss, and VERY MUCH MORE. Yeah, all Echos does this BUT the Show 10 takes it a bit further. My Show 10 named "Echo", he's in the kitchen and helps me cook, old recipes, new recipes, he gives suggestions too. Dose a grocery list for me. Watch my calendar for all my event dates doctor appointments, everyone's birthdays and again more. Keep me on time with my medicines, my exercise time, my meals and even time I should go to sleep. They said there is an Alexa+ coming and supposed to do far much more. I can't wait. OJ Johnson

This is a great addition to my kitchen! We can now watch Netflix or listen to audiobooks while we’re doing chores. Everyone at home loves it!

I own many Echo devices, but this was the first Show device I've purchased. I primarily wanted to use this as a central hub in the kitchen and have the option to control our smart home devices from a central point, too.Overall, the Show 10 works really well. The display and sound quality are fantastic, so I'd definitely recommend if you plan to watch video or stream music regularly from it.As a smart home hub, it does OK. The device dashboard is nice and the screen size is great for that purpose but, like Fire tablets, the device can be pretty slow at bringing up screens when asked.The motion capability is really useful for video calling, and we use the Show in a fairly long room, so it is good to be able to see the screen from multiple spots. It is also a nice feature if you want to use the camera as a security device, too.Annoyingly, despite multiple recalibrations, the detection is always a little off and the screen will swing slightly past directly where I'm standing. It's not enough to prevent easy use of the device, but I expected more precision out of a state of the art device with this price tag.The lack of ability to self-tilt is also a drawback since I have young children. Oftentimes, when they talk to the device and I happen to be in the kitchen, the device will swing to look at and move with me instead of them.By far my biggest disappointment, though, has been the voice recognition/activation. It feels like a step back from older Echo models. Often, I have to directly face the device and speak loudly in order to get it to pay attention and sometimes it doesn't even understand the command.I have an old second gen Echo in a completely different room that I had to change the wake word for because it consistently picked up the commands, even amidst background TV noise, far better than this device does.Overall, I like the device and don't regret the purchase but, unless the motion capability is a necessity for you, it's absolutely not worth it's full price given the issues it has. I bought a refurbished version because of the high price point, but even then, I still think isn't value for money compared to other similar products, like the newer Fire tablets.

I bought this for my 84-year-old mother who had trouble reading notices on her 5-inch Echo Show. I set everything up for her in the Alexa app on my Android phone, which was easy and painless. She loves the larger screen. If we had more table space, I would have considered an even larger one, but 10" is just fine if you sit only 5 or 6 feet away.

Just got this and it weems to be very helpful with quick questions like weather, news, time, weather warnings, music and just plain fun to play with and watch it follow us around so we can read as well as listen.

I got this as an item I won. I had it for 2 1/2 yrs and a software update completely shut it down. It does not work at all. I called customer support and they say they cannot do anything about it because the warranty is only for 12months. Said they cannot replace it. We trouble shooted and it still wasnt working. The device was working perfectly till the software update. They are aware of these issues yet not correcting it or making it right with the customer. This is absolutely awful customer service! My device was absolutely perfect till the update and now I don’t have a device to use at all and they won’t help me with it at all. Don’t waste your money for something to take a crap on you after only 2 1/2yrs for them to not help at all.

I really really love this Alexa. This thing follows you on its base while giving you the information that you’ve requested. Be sure to center it away from other objects so that the rotation will be possible. The sound is so awesome and the kiddos loved it more than me! The set up was simple which makes it extra easy to use. I just love it so I guess I’ll have to move up to the biggest of them all to place into my kitchen.
