I like this plug in and all of the brands products that I’ve purchased. The app is really easy to use and holds cords really well. I have had a bit of trouble with keeping the whole block in the socket if a bunch of things are plugged in due to the size and weight, but that is I believe more of a socket issue and not anything wrong with the product.It was fairly easy to connect and stays fairly well connected through any power outages that I’ve had. I will definitely continue purchasing this company’s products.

Great Product

I have set up a lot of Bluetooth devices and this was one of the easiest. I was amazed how easy it was to connect to Alexa to. I would have given it 5 stars if it had a screw in it for holding it in place. My bad. When I bought it, I thought I saw the screw. I must been looking at a different plug when I saw that. I have had them pull from the wall with the weight of the things plugged in before. It is a great plug. I seen where it was frequently returned but I had no trouble. It says it is 2.4 GHz. Normally when I connect my Bluetooth to that, I have to open my spectrum app and change it for setup and I fully intended to but forgot it set up anyway. That’s another issue. Great plug though.

I like the ease of installation and the building quality and it is a good power strip and it works well by the way and the size and the space saving makes a good design by the way.

These smart switches are working great so far, I had to set them up a couple times to get the Tuya app to work for me, but finally got them working with Tuya, my go to app. Some improvements that would make them a better choice would be, individually controlled USB ports and a screw down option for a safer installation. Otherwise, this is a great choice for smart control of your devices, without the bulky clutter of individual smart plugs. Recommended at this point, time will tell.Update: After one week I have one unit that is shorting off and disconnecting from Tuya and another that "flashes" on and off in the USB port every now and then. Giving them one week to trouble shoot and then likely to return for refund. Lowering stars to 3 for now but will very likely drop that to 1.

This device plugs into the wall outlet via one normal plug and a blank plastic plug at the bottom to stabilize the device. It could use power from the second outlet or just use this as a pass through. Instead they give you three wifi switchable outlets and three non switchable (always on) outlets. All supplied by one outlet.The device can use better lighting around the power button. It was hard to see the pairing light but I was able to pair it after turning the lights in the room off to make sure I was in the right pairing mode.Minus these two hiccups (personal opinions) the device after a few months of almost daily use the smart outlet still works as stated and has never failed to operate within its stated parameters. Just don't plug in a high powered receiver as I did (forgot the wattage rating) which caused brown outs as soon as the bass hit hard at a very high volume. Which was to be expected when operating as not intended by the manufacturer.
