I have a laptop and 2 monitors i wanted to extend my display i was not able to do it with type c and had no other way but this product is gem i order multiple cable and none of them were working or they were glitchy or Chinese crap but this was smooth easy to connect and quality was top notch i didn’t expectI had doubts for drivers and windows 11 works like a charm and come with inbuilt driver as soon as u connect with laptop it works good to goI never write a review but i needed write on this one

This product driver is newly impossible to install , when i installed driver , it lags too much , you can't do anything.When i researched more , i got to know it's USB 2.0 not USB 3.0 , sellers are fraud they have painted usb connector to blue colour so that it looks like usb 3.0 , but it's not. Also it doesn't support windows 11 . I don't know how some customers have reviewed it good product ,maybe these reviews are fake. It's not working. I have added photo of product , its box also says it's usb 2.0 , and with 2.0 you will definitely get lags.

It doesn't fit to laptop usb port properly even a gentle touch it will reset the screen when it stops working reinstall the driver it will work again

Pros: Product build and finish is excellent. Good packaging and on time delivery. Device does connect the display and support extend mode.Cons: Bought this to connect my old VGA monitor as a second external display. Output resolution is NOT 1080p as advertised and image quality is not as good as when connected directly to laptop. There is considerable display lag and video playback is not smooth especially in full screen mode. Tried connecting my 4K monitor to confirm and the issue persists.I have ordered a replacement. Will update soonUpdate:Replaced item works perfectly with the built in driver. Updated drivers for windows 11 is available online. No noticeable display lag like earlier and works best for 720p resolution. 1080p does not run smoothly. Only major flaw: DOES NOT support portrait mode.

First one was just mirroring not extending display. After replacement it was working fine, extend as well as mirroring.

the device is not having USB symbol of tripod with SS Mark , on the USB side of port. it was shown in the product image. seems its not supporting any video transmission/ conversion. its useless at this price then. My laptop is having 2 USB ports for adding extra display. but this product is not usable/not working at all. i want to return this product and receive full refund back. AMAZON please help.

When I ordered this and received it, it worked great for a few days but then stopped working (I think the pin got loose). But I contacted the seller and they were quick to respond and send me a replacement. Now I have been using this replacement and it is working great.

Used this to add headphone monitoring to my Fuji Xt2. Just plug into HDMI port and insert headphones into the audio!
