I was skeptic about this product and the promise of 7 week flat, but it kind of works. I was going through a horrible bloating moment and by the end pf the 7 days my stomach was way less bloated and I felt lighter

I would like to think it is doing good work on the inside, but I cannot say I felt flatter. Bought a few times and I used for general gut care.

I have had a bloated belly most of the time and this has been extremely useful to help reduce that.For people like me that suffer with PCOS it can be really helpful

Seller Is amazing and so is the product. Amazon delivery on the hand completely bashed the product and it’s missing sachets.It should have been 28 days but I have received 21 and the loose packets was not in the bag.

This product is worth a try if you suffer from digestive tract problems or bloating - I would recommend it. It is a bit of a faff trying to get the product to dissolve in water just by swirling it round (which is the advice given on the box) but I do sometimes stir it with a plastic spoon and it still works. I’ve definitely seen a benefit after my first box so I will repeat purchase.I do think that it’s a bit expensive but I need it as I notice problems if I run out so I make sure I don’t!The last purchase arrived in an unsecured box and easily opened Amazon cardboard parcel so I’m not happy about that - the product box should have a seal as it is a health product - I’ve dropped a star or two because of that and the price - almost £1 per sachet!

It definitely works within a week

I've been taking this product for a week and I haven't noticed any improvements at all! I've followed the instructions and the powder doesn't mix into the water well, even with plenty of stirring. I'll continue to take the rest of the sachets and update my review if any positive changes occur but so far I'm unimpressed. Maybe I'm just one of the unlucky ones that this combination of pre/probiotics doesn't help but I'm so disappointed.
