The absolute best Indian spice mix....great on literally all meats, eggs, roasted veg....you name it. Great in chicken salad. I always have some on hand. Perfect heat and complexity.

I like the packaging (paper a little plastic) and love the taste and smell. Very fresh due to well sealed package.

The spice should be red in colour...
Has flavour, but is brown and not red in colour.
