I like the tea, I am a fan of IF and an avid intermittent faster. I drink green tea and matcha all the time but this gave a nice mix to my routine. I cannot tell if it adds any particular weight loss benefit but along with IF and proper diet, if should help maintain. I have no problems with the tea and the flavor is pleasing.

No cramps easy to drink

Made me sick the first time I used it so I never drank any more of it, I felt very nauseated I'm not sure if it supposed to make you feel that way or not.

Some of y'all made it sound like this was the nastiest tea ever. SMHIt taste like any unsweetened tea and it does the job. I drink it in the morning, it keeps my full until I break my fast. Of course, I hydrate along the way. I'll buy again.

AMAZING stuff! I drink this tea first thing in the morning and it helps me control my appetite during my 10 day smoothie cleanse. I wouldn't have stuck to it without the tea.

Did not like the taste at all. I’m sorry but it taste like dirt. I can usually drink tea without any sweetener in it, but this tea I just couldn’t drink it.

Brought this because I was intermittent fasting for Lent. I drank this to break my fast. Pleasant taste and I wasn’t really hungry after drinking it! Definitely enjoyed it!
