It's easy
Just buy an electrical cord and attach it to it and plug it in it works fine for stirring are around to keep air flowing but I'm not so sure about cooling stuff off not that strong. I'm using it to circulate air around my plants.

Wow does this fan circulate a lot of air.
I purchased this fan to replace one on the bottom of a jewelers burnout furnace. It is a perfect fit. Wow does it circulate air. It is a fantastic fan at a great price. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Loud shaking like crazy
It moves a good amount of air but it’s shaking like crazy. It’s also making a extremely loud mechanical buzzing sound. I purchased this box fan to help ventilate my greenhouse but I feel like it can die any minute.

A great option for reptile cages
An effective, inexpensive option for venting our bearded dragon's large deep tank/cage. However, there is not a cover on one side of the fan, so not for little kids to go near or they will get their fingers pinched.

The fan has a cover on only one side.
I use the fan to circulate air inside a keg cooler. This fan has a safety shield on only one side. It would be easy to accidentally place you hand in the fan.
