we absolutely love this stuff more than the tube of cream. It just feels like you’re getting more out of it and you only have to get what you need. There’s so many times I’ve squeezed the tube and more comes out than I want, but you can’t exactly put it back in the tubes.

Not Bad... but the Roller/Creme Is Better
I used these on my neck and back after experiencing some pain with sleep. The PAIN RELIEF is solid- just like the ICY HOT formula should. My only gripe is the ADHESION needs a little MORE WORK. I would stick this on the back or side of my neck ad found myself having to smooth it out more and flatten it constantly. (The same applied when I tried to stick it to my back or shoulder blade- it would stay for about an hour or two, before falling off.)In all honestly, I recommend these if you have better patience than I. If you're in a pinch and simply need to relieve pain- the roll on ICY HOT or creme works better.

Size fits, NO! heating...Good value for the money. NOT! Stickie! Good durability. Functionality as good as it gets...

Love this product
This product is impossible to find in local stores. We need these frequently and if it’s on my back or shoulder, my husband puts it on me. If it’s on the front of our bodies we do it ourselves. Pain relief is great for 8 hours!
